Senior Care Professionals
Education for Professionals and Client Families:
Senior care professionals work in a variety of fields and come from many different educational backgrounds. The one thing they all have in common is that their senior clients and their families never have just one question or need; they have multiple eldercare concerns. Senior care providers may be experts in their own fields, but they also need a basic knowledge of many related fields so that they understand and anticipate other client needs and can make appropriate referrals for client assistance. Providers also often need to help their own new employees get up to speed in the complex world of senior care.
E-Senior Services’ video classes are an easily accessed and inexpensive way for professionals to quickly gain basic knowledge of eldercare areas outside their own expertise. Our classes can also be used as a training tool for new employees.

E-Senior Services is also happy to work with senior care providers to devise a general training program on eldercare issues for their employees utilizing live presentations. Our programs can be tailored to the needs of your employees.
For senior care providers who wish to give an extra added value to their clients and their families, E-Senior Services will create a series of live educational presentations for seniors and family caregivers which you can offer to your clients (for example, a series of seminars at your senior residence) or we can arrange for you to provide your client families with access to our video classes at a special discounted price.
Many senior care providers have found live educational presentations by E-Senior Services staff to be a great marketing tool to offer to hospitals and health care providers. If we can help you with a program for a Dallas-Fort Worth health care provider, please let us know. We generally have several programs readily available and many include medical ethics credits. With a little lead time, we will also work with you to design a custom program for your presentation.
Preserve Relationships with Clients, their Families and your Employees:
AIM Aging Issues
Mediation, a service of E-Senior Services, provides a staff of certified
mediators to help you resolve
conflicts and preserve your valuable
relationships, both with your clients and client families and with your own
employees. Whether the disagreements
involve quality of care concerns, billing disputes or workplace tensions, our
mediators can help all parties talk to and listen to each other and can
facilitate discussion to help the parties find mutually acceptable resolutions
to their disagreements. Mediation is
less expensive than litigation and provides a good chance of preserving professional
relationships that might otherwise be irrevocably damaged. To
learn how mediation might help you, please call us today at 972-809-0247.
