We know that you’re busy.  We understand that sometimes you need services or products right away and you don’t have time to research them on your own.  And we know that sometimes you see a need, but don’t know where to begin to meet that need.

E-Senior Services can help.  We have two quick-response services designed to help you in just these situations.

  1. You can use our Concierge Service to indicate the service or product you seek and we will help you shop.  For a small fee, we will research your request for a service or product and, based on the information you submitted to us, we will suggest providers in your local area.
  2. What if you have identified a care-related problem, but don’t know how to begin to address it?  If you need help getting started, use our Concierge Service to request a consultation with one of our case managers.  The case manager will contact you, discuss the situation underlying your request, and make some helpful suggestions to get you started.  This is a “quick-start” case management consultation, for a reasonable fee, intended to help you with a specific issue.  If you find the case manager helpful and would like more one-on-one assistance, we will be happy to refer you to case managers in your area for ongoing case management assistance.

Concierge ServicesYou may request assistance in finding products or services from providers located in the DFW area.  The charge for concierge assistance to help you find 1 product/service is $25.  The charge for concierge assistance to find 3 to 5 products or services is $60 total. 

If you need concierge assistance in finding more than 5 products or services, or assistance outside the DFW area, we suggest that you ask for a consultation with a case manager; this may be quicker and easier for you, as well as less expensive, in the long run.

If you want a “quick-start” consultation with a case manager, please request a consultation.  Our consultation fee is $125 per hour, plus expenses (mileage to meet with you, etc.), for a minimum of one hour and a maximum of 4 hours of case management services.  Your credit card will be billed for the first hour at $125 when we accept your request and you will be invoiced for the remaining case management time and expenses.  If you find that you need more than four hours of case management assistance, we will be happy to help you find a case manager to provide ongoing assistance to you.

Refund policy: We attempt to help our clients find what they need,but sometimes we receive requests that stump even us.  If we can’t find what you need, we won’t keep your money.

If we are unable to locate providers of the requested products or services for you, we will refund your shopping
service fees paid to us.  If we were able to help with part of your requests, but not all of them, we will refund your shopping service fees for the portion for which we could not locate providers, on a pro rata basis.  For example,
if you requested we find four products, and we found only three, we will refund ¼ (25%) of your fees paid. 

Similarly, if you request a quick-start consultation with a case manager, and if one of our case managers does
not make an initial contact with you within two business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) to
discuss your request, we will refund the $125 fee you paid.  Our case managers stay very busy, but your
request is important to us and we try hard to respond promptly to our clients.
