Scholarship Programs

At E-Senior Services, we understand that money is tight right now.  Some people have lost their jobs or had their hours or wages cut.  Some people have lost their homes.  It is always difficult to live on Social Security and pension income.

We have tried to price our elder care classes very reasonably so everyone can obtain the education he or she needs on these important topics.  If you need to take one or more of our on-line elder care classes because you have an urgent need for the information, and if you truly cannot afford to pay for the class(es) at this time, we want to help you.  We ask you to respect that the fees E-Senior Services receives from these classes help pay salaries for our staff, who in turn use that money to pay for mortgages, health insurance, groceries, gasoline and utilities.

E-Senior Services has established the E-Senior Services Scholarship Fund to help clients in need.  Our scholarship program has limited funds available each quarter to help clients in difficult financial situations pay for the classes they need to take.  These scholarship funds cannot be used for any purpose other than payment for our on-line elder care classes.  If your application is approved, you will not receive any cash.  Instead, we will credit your fees toward payment of the on-line elder care classes you request to take with us.

To request scholarship assistance, please send an e-mail to classes@e-seniorservices.com.  Put "scholarship" in the header.  Give us your name and your phone number and list the classes for which you are requesting scholarship assistance.  Please briefly explain the circumstances that led you to request scholarship assistance and for whom you are requesting the scholarship (for yourself or for another family member, etc.).  To the extent funds are available in our scholarship program fund, we will attempt to honor your request.

We hope our scholarship program is of some assistance to older adults and family caregivers in our community who are experiencing difficult financial circumstances at this time.
