VSP Application and Advertising

VSP Directory:

We invite providers of services or products for aging adults and family caregivers to become E-Senior Services Verified Service Providers (VSP’s). 

What is the VSP Directory?  Our site users have asked us to provide them with more information about the providers we list on our site so that they may feel more comfortable with you and your business, knowing that we have done a preliminary check on your credentials and qualifications for them.  In response to our clients’ requests, we are building our new VSP Directory, still in its infancy, and we ask our service providers to supply us with information about their businesses, copies of relevant licenses or certifications and proof of appropriate insurance.  

Get the VSP application:  To see if your business qualifies to be a VSP, please click below to download our VSP Application and Information Page.  To apply for a listing in the E-Senior Services VSP Directory, please complete and sign both forms.  Mail the signed forms to us, with the requested copies of licenses, credentials and proof of insurance.

You must download both forms and fill them in completly, sign, and return.

Application fee:  To cover our time in reviewing and verifying provider information and setting up listings in the directory, we ask potential VSP’s for a non-refundable application fee.  If your business has two or less physical locations (your own locations, not areas you serve), that application fee is $95 per location you wish listed in our VSP directory.  For businesses with 3 or more physical locations, the application fee is $80 per each location you wish listed in the directory.   

You may pay the non-refundable VSP application fee in one of two ways:

1. Mail your check, payable to E-Senior Services, for the applicable amount, to us with your application;
2. Pay via credit card by selecting the type of application fee from the list below (2 or less physical locations vs. 3 or more physical locations) and filling in the number of locations you wish to have listed in the VSP directory.

How the VSP program works:  If you have any questions regarding the criteria for inclusion in the directory, please call us at 972-809-0247 before submitting payment.  Once we receive and review your completed application and materials and verify your service or product information, insurance, licenses and credentials, etc., we will contact you with any questions.  If everything is in order, we will enter your business information into our VSP directory for a period of 12 months.  At the end of that year, we will ask you to resubmit your application and paperwork for an annual reverification of your information and listing.

Welcome to our new VSP program!  In addition to your listing in our new VSP directory, VSP’s are invited to submit event information for our on-line calendar, to submit educational or news articles for our e-mail and on-line newsletters and to partner with us in on-line and live educational programs.  We look forward to working with you to improve the lives of older adults and family caregivers in our community.

OTHER ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES

Suppliers of senior care services and products may also purchase banner ads on our web site that provide a live link back to your own home page.  Ads in our on-line newsletter are also available.  Please contact us for more details and price quotes.

Support businesses who provide service or products appropriate for the senior care businesses listed in our VSP Directory are eligible to participate in our new Perks Provider Program that will help you market to our VSP providers.  Please contact us for more details and price quotes.  This program is a great fit for accountants, IT support, office suppliers, business attorneys and other business professionals.
